So if you’ve been following me on twitter, I’ve been working on assembling the first volume of Kandid! The book is in full color, so the first 42 pages are colored exclusively for the book and the PDF. There’s also some guest art from my pals, William Tan and Nargyle! I’m pretty excited to have my first book out, and hoping to have it ready for AnimeNEXT. I’ll be publishing through DriveThruComics, so if you don’t live anywhere near any convention I’m planning to go to, you can still buy it online!

So, sorry that there’s no comic this week. The book ate up my my whole week assembling, editing and drawing the cover. Next week will be back to normal business! 8)

It was a lot different from doing my usual anime cons and it was a nice change from my usual anime con. I had a great time running around the con, meeting new people and playing games. I pretty much got to do everything I wanted to do that weekend, including playing the Transistor demo.

And if you were wondering, I got past round 1 of the Dominion tournament but promptly lost round 2. :)
